Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload inspirations you don't have rights to use.
- Don't generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks, or another person's likeness without permission.
- Don't try to circumvent credit limits or reverse-engineer the service.
Generated designs
You own the designs you generate, subject to the rights of the underlying source inspirations you provide. We retain a license to operate and improve the service.
Plans, credits & refunds
Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Credits are consumed as you generate. Refunds are handled case-by-case — email et3rnlstudios@gmail.com.
Termination
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account anytime from Account.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months.
